You will get all the time you need to decide what makes the most sense for you. Reach out to any listing agent when you place your offer for purchase. I call each listing agent on any offers you make to gain trust and confidence. This is a very important service to gain the trust of the listing agent so that they can rely on myself and my company for direct communication regarding your ability to close your transaction. Be available on weekends and evenings. I will work around your schedule! When you and your agent are working together, I will be there to answer my phone, email, and text even on weekends and evenings. Continuing MY education.
